Before the collection of a customer’s personal information, we will inform the customer and let them know the detail. Upon agreement with the customer we will continue within the parameters set.

In the case where the customer does not agree the collection of personal information, there may be specific services which will not be available to the customer. Furthermore, if there is any specific information that the customer does not wish to make known, we will of course respect their wishes.

Use and Offers of Personal Information

The use of the collected personal data will never exceed the conditions agreed to by both parties. Furthermore, without the agreement by the customer and within the bounds of the law, personal information will neve be given tp nor offered to any third party. However, it is possible that untallied data on individuals may make up a part of compiled data and distributed on a public site.

The management and treatment of personal information.

As for the personal data collected from the customer, we will stringently make all efforts so that the collected data not be improperly accessed, altered, destroyed, or falsely used. Further, all employees undergo training and are observed so that the customer’s personal data be safely managed.

Personal Information Consignment

At this company, there are times, when necessary, that the customer’s personal data is entrusted to outside companies. When this happens, an outside company that can be deemed able to appropriately handle the customer’s personal data is chosen. An agreement contract that includes conditions for the handling of such data is used. Further, the chosen company is closely monitored and advised so that the customer’s personal data be safely managed.

On the display, correction and the suspension of use of personal information.

If the customer wants their own personall data for display, correction, or the suspension of use, upon direct approach of the customer to our company, our company will act in all haste in accordance to the customer’s wishes.

Privacy Policy Revision

At our company, in regards to the handling of personal data, we strictly follow guidelines set by law and policy. The structures and policies of how the customer’s personal data is managed are constantly undergoing improvement.

Proper improvement of this privacy policy itself is occuring, revision is possible. In the case of revision, the revision will be publically presented.
